Grind in four to five batches. Strain it through a muslin cloth. You can add little water to the residue and filter it twice. Squeeze the milk.

Refrigerate for twelve to fifteen hours. You will notice a dense cream has settled on the top of the concoction. 

Remove this dense cover to a vessel. Use the liquid in curries and smoothies. Cook on a medium flame. Stir occasionally. Boil until golden brown.

When the cream releases oil, turn off the heat. Cool completely. You can see the separated oil.

Filter, and compress to extort oil thoroughly.

How to make coconut oil without heat (Cold pressed)?

The recipe for making coconut oil without heat is as followed.
