What causes aging?

Maintain ideal physical and mental fitness by consuming Ayurvedic Rasayana herbs. These are gentle herbs like amla, Giloy, etc.

1- Triphala 

Triphala is an ayurvedic medicine that helps protect skin cells. It is a mixture of three dry fruits amla, harad, and baheda. An excellent medicine that helps in rebuilding our skin protein and retention of moisture in the skin. It is loaded with omega-three fatty acids and antioxidants such as vitamin C, which help in the formation of collagen. 

Add two teaspoons of Triphala powder to a glass of water and leave it overnight. Consume it after you wake up in the morning. You can also enhance this concoction by adding a cinnamon stick and leaving it overnight. In the morning add a tablespoon of honey to this concoction and drink. Cinnamon has high antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that slow down the aging of the skin.

2- Amla (Indian Gooseberry)

Amla is rich in antioxidant that helps to reverse the sign of aging. It reduces wrinkles and fine lines and lightens pigmentation. Antibacterial and astringent property in amla helps to fight skin infection. Amla is a rich source of vitamin C so it increases the formation of collagen, which helps to minimize fine lines and wrinkles

20 to 30 ml of amla juice diluted with warm water would be the easiest way to consume it. You can have it on an empty stomach. You can also mix a teaspoon of jaggery powder with this juice and drink. Jaggery contains iron, which improves the hemoglobin level of our body and it also naturally purifies the blood.

The second method to consume amla is to dilute 20 to 30 ml of amla juice in a glass of water. Add 1 tsp of ginger juice and a pinch of turmeric. Curcumin found in turmeric is a powerful antioxidant that slows down the aging process by preserving cells from damage.

3- Giloy

Giloy is an anti-inflammatory herb. It refreshes the skin tissues and decreases inflammation. Giloy is excellent for the skin as well as the immune system. Giloy contains flavonoids that fight against damage to cells and promote new cell growth. It helps to reduce wrinkles and promotes glowing skin.

4- Rosemary

11- Daily take these three liquids

1- Drink water in the morning on an empty stomach.

2-Drink buttermilk after lunch.

3-Drink milk one to two hours after dinner.

12- Do not overthink

Overthinking and thinking negative is not correct. Think less, sit down, and refresh your mind. If you are stuck in a condition that is forcing you to think hard, then read some relevant book or discuss the topic that worries you with a mentor. You have to focus on your breath and the quality of thoughts in your mind. 

13- Portion control 

Follow healthy food culture. There are a lot of foods that are healthy for you. Prepare those foods that are rich in nutrients. Do not overeat anything. Ayurveda says anything eaten in a limited quantity is good for the health. Create a balance and keep rotating your food choices.

14- Balanced sleep

Do not keep awake at night. Wake up early in the morning. You have to keep time in mind and remain balanced. Correct your sleeping time and take the requisite sleep.

15- Stay away from your gadgets for a few hours daily

Do not keep using mobile unnecessarily. These gadgets have a lot of impact on aging. Try to use it minimally as per your requirement as much as possible.

16- Connect with nature.

Engage in gardening at your home on the terrace or plant a tree in your garden. Spend some time with the birds. Dedicate some time in a week and spent time near a lake or a water body.
